Refund policy

We hope that you love your order. Please note that all of our products are handmade and so there may be some differences in appearance from time to time.

As most of our products are made to order and therefore custom made, they cannot be returned. However, you do have 14 days to let us know of any issues with your order and we will endeavour to help you.

To report any issues, you can contact us at anna@peakdistrictcandles.com. We aim to answer emails within 24 hours.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
