Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but it can take up to one week during busier periods. You can check our current turnaround time at the top of the homepage.

If you choose the standard shipping rate then your order will be sent via Royal Mail but we do sometimes use DPD for larger/heavier orders. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with the carrier details.

Please note that when first class shipping is available, it does not mean that you will receive your order the day after ordering. Please allow up to one week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Unfortunately we are only able to ship to UK addresses at this time.
